Adding Hyperlinks

I actually finally figured out how to change the hyperlinks to the right of the screen now its just trying to figure out how to change the ones within a posting. Email Me Not sure if this is going to work or not I will have to try and use it @ home since I know a mail to: link will not work here @ work since we use Novell Groupwise and the profiles get mixed up since I also have Microsoft Outlook setup on my machine.
